Information you give us through the early-access form: your name, work email address, organisation, your role (investor, adviser, company or sponsor, or other), and an optional description of your investment focus. We also keep the date of your request and your confirmation that we may use these details to respond.
Information you give us by email if you write to us, including your email address and anything you include.
Technical information that our website platform, Framer, collects automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Please do not include confidential deal information, personal financial information or sensitive personal data in the form or in your emails. We do not ask for it.
3. How we use your information
To respond to your early-access request and follow up about Valorem’s Zimbabwe-first pilot.
To assess whether the pilot may fit your research workflow.
To keep the website secure and working.
To meet legal obligations.
We do not use the form to add you to marketing lists. If we ever want to send you updates, we will ask for your permission separately.
4. Legal basis
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
5. Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the website and handle email: Framer (website platform and form storage) and our email hosting provider. They process information on our behalf. We do not sell your information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Our website platform, Framer, receives basic page-view measurements, and web fonts are loaded from Google’s font servers, so your IP address is sent to those providers when you visit.
